REO Buyers Educational Video

OK, this just came across my desk and knowing how much trauma is associated with buying bank owned properties, I figured this should be shared with buyers and their agents!

On a side note, I have recently helped a buyer get an offer accepted on a bank owned home and the agent was nothing like this! She was helpful and patient walking me through their requirements as this was my first REO. This movie was featured on ActiveRain last week. Super funny!

It definitely made me laugh, but also wanted to make me cry. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with what seems like many listing agents like this.

Christianne--I usually check all the featureds, but I was in CO last week with a design client looking to build a sustainable home there. I guess I missed it!

Nikki--I hope the rest of the listing agents you have to deal with are like the one I'm working with now. She's the gem in what seems to be an ocean of overworked listing agents...

Tamara congrats on your sale for REO yeah it closed I don't mind foreclosures I just hate short sales. Any time bank is involved there is DRAMA !

Tamara YEAH.... although I could get my car in garage sooooo much stuff from construction other investment properties of tenants where you have "hold by law" for X months if reclaim it... Wondering how many people residing in my garage..... NOW I can see clearly can open the doors to my car... ... now ready for NEXT LOAD of "boxes" of my personal items

I need to get to mine too. We're working on my daughter's car in there and all the real estate records for the past 10+ years and remodeling supplies and tools and ........... There was frost on my windows this morning, so I'm motivated to make more room!

Tamara .... by time I am done outside of "master pieces of furnishings" art, pictures , few items I will have a small OH YEAH 2 dogs (Kiss & Me) 2 cats hanging on the back u haul truck LOL..
