New Keyword Alert: GREEN homes for sale (ZDNET Article)

I'm checking my Gmail and saw an RSS article from ZDNet that there are actually buyers out in San Francisco that want a Green or more substainable home.  It wasn't until I accidentally watched the "Dirty Jobs" episode in which Mike Rowe goes on a San Fran trash pick up.  I was amazed that San Fran recycles something like 65% of their waste.  That's impressive.

Here's the article about what buyers are going to be more concerned about in the future.

It will never end for us. I just heard of Fat Clay here in NC.

Wouldn't it be great if more cities were as proactive in the recycling efforts as San Fran?  I just read a very informative post by Stephanie Edwards-Musa The Woodlands, TX Real Estate regarding LEED and "Green" homes.  You should check it out, too.
