Steve.. With winter fast approaching I would think (hope) this will be sold quickly. Afterall, who ever buys it could rent it out to their friends to go skiing.

Val...many of these second home condominiums are more affordable priced than the local homes, and with the on site maintenance it can be a very easy way to seek ownership when comparing prices.

Steve...this is more my style. While the perks of the others you have shown are great, I for one would not use many. This is also a price that many can afford.

Great price the top floor give a nice view of the mountains.

Laura... The asking price is about $120/ square foot... New Construction in our area is about $150/ sq.ft. after you buy the land and do the required site work...So I would say based on the math this is a good deal.
