Here is an interactive map of the Lake Tahoe area. I've found the "trick" to linking to maps and thought I'd share my favorite areas with you. You can get driving directions, zoom in and out, and see the terrain. Enjoy getting to know my little corner of the world!

Actually, in one of the first ones I did of this, I tried linking your blog in the html program, but I couldn't make that work.... is there a trick to linking in html??? Asks the rookie!

ANSWER FROM A PRO on linking which I thought you did that on earlier blog on YouTube video

IF NOT ANSWER HERE:

Look where you respond on tool bar

You will see these icons
B I U ABC page placement icons there are 4 then pass alignment icons pass bullet and #icons

THEN you see an icon looks like a rope loop or move your mouse it will state insert or edit link
Highlight words you want to have linked I usually place Click here

Click on that icon cut and paste the link on first line where it states URL

Click insert simple as one, two, three

Hope that all made sense UPDATE me If I failed here.

Thanks Lynn--That works if I use wysiwyg, but no bar appears when I use the html button for the blogs....

In comments, I can make it work, so credit goes to Leilani at Souza Realty for her blog on linking maps

Tamara if white tab for WYSIMG will allow the icon for direct link

However with HTML does not show icon for direct link you would need manual do all codes

If I embed a YouTube video I go between both tabs use HTML for video.

Tamara.... Don't tell anyone 90% off what I earned off web and blog etc all here on A/R glad a former business partner introduced me to site. DO A WEB SEARCH here on A/R BAM some agents blogged about it.

Yes, I did discover that. There is such a wealth of info here!

Tamara, it is amazing what is blogged here... what I like when a caller believes I have bs I direct link them one of my blog posts while talking confirm statements made including other agents across the country.

I bookmark save in categories in excel spread sheet.

That's organized!
