Melinda: I posted this very same ad on Craig's list. I just copied & pasted the html from here on the Craig's list. It makes my ad look more professional. Posting the ad here gives me Google juice, so it goes a lot further than Craig's list.

Do you get much response from an ad like Mirela and good luck on your new hire. I am going to try craigs list.
