Elkhart REALTOR Evelyn Johnston Leadership by Ducks Theory

During our second day at the Indiana REALTOR Leadership Academy, after the Rainbow Leadership Style Elkhart REALTOR Evelyn Johnston and 17 others from around the State learned the Duck Theory of Leadership. I knew about ducks since I had done a research paper on them in biology way back as a senior in high school. Nice to see someone apply it to teams and leadership.
