Since I joined Activerain in January 2008, the membership has almost doubled and in my opinion, although not an expert in any way, the complexity and quality of blogs has improved.

With so many blog posts to read, it not supprising that you miss some (well quite alot really). So I thought I would introduce you to a couple that I follow. I have over 80 subscriptions to a varying range of blogs so i hope none of them will be offended if they are not mentioned.

I'm going to start with Jack Gilleland, a home inspector from Ohio. This frequent posts of his "rouges gallery" keep me amused and stunned.

Next on my list is Poppy Dinsey. She is an impostor as you will find out by reading her blog "A thoroughly British Blog"

"a lil bit about beaufort" by Cherimie Crane is a good mix of real estate and life araound Beaufort, South Carolina. 

Lastly, one person who with 924 blog post is normally pretty well known around the AR halls is Jason Crouch with his blog from Austin, Texas Austin Texas Real Estate Blog (and other stuff)

I think the growth and improvement in the blogs shows the importance of active rsin to its users and to our desire to interact and learn from others in our profession.
