The AgentOwned Realty Company - Marketing Department is located in the Johnnie Dodds office, but is a part of the AgentOwned Realty Co. Services Group which means that it serves the entire AgentOwned.

There are 14 offices currently in the network of  TheAgent Owned Realty Company.

One of the huge advantages for the agent-owners of The AgentOwned Realty Company is the marketing department which is no extra cost to them. Just ask any of the agent-owners in our Manning office. 

It doesn't matter in which office the agent-owner is in -- the Sumter office get as good a service as the Charleston offices. The agent-owners can select  from flyers, door hangers, brochures and post cards -- all designed, printed and with the post cards, even mailed for them -- the only costs to the agent-owner is the cost of the postage --if they put Residential Mortgage of SC on half of the card, Residential Mortgage pays half the postage.

At the head of The AgentOwned Realty Company  - Marketing Department is Billie Jo VanDusen.  Billie Jo has been with AgentOwned Realty about 14 years

* she started off as a receptionist,

* then transferred to property management,

* then office manager where she was responsible for designing brochure as well as compliance for mortgage files and writing title insurance -- this is when she developed her love for marketing and gained her knowledge of "publisher"

* then she was promoted to bookkeeper for Goose Creek and Summerville offices

* then she took about 9 mos to go work for an attorney

* then she was hired back by the Mt. Pleasant office strictly to do marketing

* then about 2 years ago, she was promoted to Director of Marketing for the entire AgentOwned Realty network.
