Hi, Lenn. It's interesting to see the asking price averaging $825,124. vs the sold price of $781,357. I'm not familiar with your market, but would be curious to know if prices are going up, or if you're seeing the same slowdown that NY has right now. Either way, your difference between the two is more like 5%, so hopefully more workable than other areas! Or is this a result of sellers recognizing that it's slowed?

I love Stats! Your market doesn't look that bad -yeah The List to sell ratio is almost 95 % - which I'd say is pretty darned good.

Laurie. Our market is very slow. The only reason for the 5% difference is because relocating buyers are buying. Locals are not. List prices are not coming down. Offers are being negotiated.
