Through the first nine months of 2009, there have been a total of 6,092 homes sold in northwest Las Vegas. This area includes everything west of Rancho Drive and north of Charleston Boulevard. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1558 square foot home with a selling price of $118,000.
