HotCards.Com -- Lowest Full Color Direct Mail Printer in the Nation

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Olsen Ziegler Realty

hotcards.com lowest full color direct mail printer in the nationI recently used HotCards.com again for a direct mail print job.  HotCards.com claims they are the lowest full color direct mail printer in the nation.  I will leave that claim to the consumer to compare and contrast.

That said, I have done a lot of comparisons of direct mail full-color printers over the years and I have found this company so far to be the best in terms of price and turnaround.  They turn a job around generally in two days.  While this company is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio where I live, I can easily pickup my order at their facilities directly, they do have eleven other locations mostly in the midwest, but also some out west as well.  Since they mail, it doesn't matter where they are located.

I learned about HotCards.com from a friend and former real estate client of mine who was using them for an event and they raved about their service, quality, price and turnaround time so I decided to try them and I am very pleased.

I spoke with the owner, Columbus Woodruff II and I was impressed with his honest and practicality regarding my first order. I just knew I was dealing with an honest and ethical person on the other end of the phone.

HotCards.com prints over 3 million postcards and flyers every week.

I have used their postcard printing service and have found the colors to be exact, good quality cardstock and the finish to be impressive.

I don't they they print small jobs (less than 1,000 pieces), but for those jobs requiring 1K or more pieces, they can print 2,000 8.5x5.5 full-color on both sides postcards for $230.  1K postcards is $180.

I highly recommend HotCards.com and hope you are as happy with their cost, service, price and turnaround time as I have been.

PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT, repeat, do NOT, receive any kind of benefit from recommending this company.

I love to feature vendors and contractors who do a nice job for me in my blog! I hope your endorsement (unsolicited, uncompensated and unexpected, natch) will bring them business!

Thanks for the tip.  Our office really likes to use local printers, but at these prices...Plus, I'm from Michigan, so Ohio's kind of local!

If I added everything right they looked to be from $100 to $200 less than some of the others I have looked at! That's good. Now I have to figure out if there are any other additional charges. Thanks again. ~Rita

I'm back - LOL. I ordered 1000 cards with the mailing option - they will go out Thursday! That's fast - some of the other quotes were from 8-14 days etc.

www.eliteimage.ca has print pricing that beats hotcards.com.  We have a turnaround time of 3 - 7 days and provide only the best quality offset printing to our clients through our relationships with North America's Top Trade Only Print Houses; in your opinion, how important is it to have a 2 day turnaround time when you save more money waiting a few extra days?  Maybe we should consider descreasing our print turnaround times?  Thoughts?
