So Mary waht is the Verge? Is it condos?

OOPS, I forgot to add that to the article, actually I meant to link this article to the one I poste a few weeks ago when they were having their grand opening! Yes, they are mid-rise condos...starting at $149,900 and going to over a million. I'm going to try and link this to the other article.
