Sounds like you own some apartments yourself Misty, How do you think the rental market forecast will fare in the moneths ahead?

Hi Sonny - I don't personally own any apartments but we service the multi-family industry and work with multi-family investors. From what I see the rental market will continue to have a large amount of inventory, which will force property owners (investors) to offer lower rents or other incentives to keep their units rented. Many foreclosed single family homes are turning into rentals which is flooding the rental market with lots of inventory. The other side of that though is many of those people who foreclosed are now looking to rent.
