How cute. There are a couple of rocks painted to look like things along highways here- we always look for them. And somebody painted "Big Foot" tracks accross the highway, but some authority (presumably) painted them over.
OK.......Here's the deal with the frog. Yes, a very large glacial boulder, quite common around here. This was Frog Rock State Park, a popular picnic site alongside the road when we were kids (1940s - 1960s). It is now NOT looking like this, but, rather, weedy and grown-in, picnic benches long gone (State cut-backs, of course), and the entry roads blocked off. Supposedly, the State of CT is making arrangements to have the Town of Eastford take it over, but I haven't heard anything recently.

I have been busy. And I have seen this photo before. You suggested he was a member of my family. That cannot be! He is too stern looking to be related to me!
My blog is intended to provide information related to home inspections in Seattle, surrounding communities and anyone else interested. Sometimes I will provide information that has nothing to do with home inspections. Enjoy!
