Great post for this Monday morning - thanks for sharing! Time is very valuable - spend it wisely!

Great message--time is not for sale, can't be hoarded or saved for a rainy day, so make the most of each day.

Sometimes it takes a tragedy to appreciate what we have in front of us. I have had two life circumstances that were difficult (outside of our everyday challenges, that is) and both of them brought me closer to what life is really about. I hold those I love a little bit closer. I forgive faster. I appreciate each day and find it a blessing, not just take it for granted.

Thanks for the gentle reminder.

Today, I am going to tell people how much I love them, and let a stranger know they are special too.

Oh, wise, grasshopper, but you are wrong. I get an extra hour on the first Sunday in November. Yahoooo! 25 hours in one day! Yahoooo!

Obvious fact that most often gets omitted while carrying a hectic life. Time is valuable only for those that appreciated it

Today I will make a fresh start and make it the best day I can. I spend too much time regretting things that I can't change and worrying about things I can do nothing about. Thanks Michael

Excellent point. I used my first hour to walk the dog...now I need to be careful with the other 23!

Well, Russel's comment made me laugh.and so did Rich's. This is a great post, Michael, but sometimes I enjoy the comments as much as the post itself!

Time is one thing we can not put aside. Yes, as I get older, I understand that more and more. I strive to live each day to the fullest!

Michael, oh how true it is. There is an old saying that I can remember the way it goes but it does say that "today is a gift that's why it's called the present". Today, I have a settlement and help one more person become an homeowner and fulfil their dream. Have a great one.

What a nice way to start off the day week, by placing the focus on each day. I like the idea of balance all to often we get a little bit sideways and need to get back to basics.

They never give extra hours, but they sure now how to take them away. You start working on something and look up at the clock and 3 hours have past. UGGH!!!

Today I will have my ceiling torn down

Once time is gone you will never get it back. I'm thankful for each day that I continue to have good health to be able to perform my home inspections.

Today I will enjoy each and every hour like it's my last ... and I won't make fun of my cat sleeping on a heating pad.

Too bad we take FREE things for granted. The exception is the listen to words of wisdom, evaluate them as they apply to us, and be better off if we apply them. One moment of the day I enjoy is to see what words of wisdom Michael has for us. Thanks.

Great photo Michael and great Monday motivator. I need to heed your advise and use my time more wisely. My father had us memorize this poem ("If" by Rudyard Kipling) growing up and the last two lines fit your time management topic and goes this way.

If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds worth of distance run,

then yours is the Earth and all that is in it, and what's more, you'll be a man my son.

It's all about balance.

Life's too short and family's too important to neglect either.

Michael - I think thats a good focus. It is amazing how much time is really wasted throughout a day.
