I've heard about this for months and now it is closing upon us.I feel this will be very damaging to anyone who owns a condo in the "starter price range" in their area.  Only allowing 30 % of any project to have FHA loans will basically freeze any sales in many communities.

Both NAR and the home builders association have launched an attack. I think we all need to study it and take some action.

 

What do the lenders on AR think about these changes?
