Average Sales Price Change for North Portland Sept. 2009

 

Market activity and sales continue to improve over the greater Portland area market, while listing inventory continues to fall creating a faster selling market time.

In North Portland comparing Aug. 2009 with Sept. 2009 Listing inventory falls while Average Sales Price increases. The Median Sales price remains the same. Both Pending and Closed sales are slightly down from last month.

Thanks for stopping by and your comment. It is definitely picking up. This last week I had prepared to show a Buyer 6 homes on Saturday.

Saturday morning there were only 4 to show from the previous list and two new listings which came up on Saturday morning.

Of the two new listings my client wrote an offer on one of them. By that evening there were other offers written and presented as well.

Thanks to the strength of my Buyer they were successful.
