Closing Gifts

My latest buyers will recieve a new closing gift for their purchase of a new home in Marrero, LA. Over the years we have given a wide variety of closing gifts to our buyers and sellers.  Recently, I gave my first ADStamp. The customer service is fantastic. Check out their web site. Email or give them a call. Their product is an address stamp. The important part is that your contact information is on the top the stamper. The cost is very reasonable and can be conducted all on line.

Frank - We use the address stamp as our closing gift too!  We hooked up with www.perfectclosinggift.com for our supplier.

Susan/Frank, there are multiple vendors out there who sell this or a similar product; with only slight variations in cost, quality, etc.  Top of Mind Networks also sells these.  They are only $10, which is as low as I have seen these priced anywhere else.  Check it out: http://www.topofmind.com/marketing/address-stamper.cfm
