Home Staging Gilbert, AZ....Reflections of a Travel Partner

I'm a certified HSR Home Staging and Redesign Professional happy to be associated with AR.  I'm located in Gilbert, AZ and like to work in the Phoenix East Valley area of Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Tempe, Sun Lakes, and Gold Canyon.  I've been in Arizona for going on 7 happy years.  I brought my extensive customer service and design experience from North San Diego, CA.  The person who bought our condo in California loved what I'd done with it so much she offered to buy it and everything in it, just the way it was, and for more than the asking price.  This is the effect created with Home Staging.  I'm new to ActiveRain and I'm looking forward to setting up my blog and becoming a contributor.  I'd love any advice you seasoned Rainmakers can give.

                                                                     Too much decorating can overwhelm the buyer with an excess of furnishings and accessories.  This can detract from positive architectual features the home may offer.  Too much or too little decorating and the buyer will not be able to imagine their lifestyle in the home.  That's why  Home Staging, using objective "buyer's eyes", design expertise, and a few great tricks can attract more buyers to your listing.  And that will result in a faster sale at the highest possible price.  The Home Staging goal is the same as the Realtor's goal, which is the same as the seller's goal.  We're all on the same team.  Home Stagers make great partners for Realtors.
