Mike, according to the CREA stats for Nova Scotia year-to-date to the end of September - the number of new residential listings is down by 951 units but the number of residential unit sales is down by 1,179 compared to 2008.

Those numbers do not seem to indicate that there are not enough listings in Nova Scotia this year.

That is why my post had a question mark at the end. Most, but not all, of the recent Real Estate News coming out of Nova Scotia has been bullish.
