Hi John,
I'm noticing that your 3rd quarter 2009 Snohomish sales does not show the lot that our son bought in September, 2009 at Meadow Lake North plat in Snohomish, WA. Are there other sales missing from your chart? I'm trying to collect information to support a theory that the County is assessing properties at too high of a value, but I was hoping for a web site that would include ALL 3rd quarter and 4th quarter 2009 sales for rural east Snohomish (not Snohomish county, but Snohomish as in 98290). Thanks for your help.
If you could include a link to another website with all lot sales, that would be fine too. Thanks.
