Through the first nine months of 2009, there have been a total of 4,855 homes sold in east Las Vegas. This area is east of Boulder Highway and the I-15 freeway, and north of Russel Road. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1364 square foot home with a selling price of $70,000.

Yes, John, cash is king.

John, looks like sales volume went up while prices went down. Steve, Elvis is King; Cash is the Man in Black. LOL All those cash sales make me wonder if investors are out buying up Las Vegas real estate or if people are doing very well at the tables. ^_^
