I am excited to announce my association with Hunt Realty in Western New York. We continue our equine real estate service in Western PA through Northwood Realty Equine Division but have expanded to Western NY. On a trip there last spring I noticed the overabundance of horse properties around East Aurora, NY. Research bore out my hunch that it is a strong location for an equine real estate office. Northwood Equine is in PA and Ohio. In order to expand to NY state, my PA broker called one of his old friends, Peter Hunt, President of Hunt Realty. It has taken several months but I am now working in both states. Our website, www.wesellhorsefarms.com will go through a re-design in order to feature both brokers. My PA cell number is 724-712-5353 and my NY cell number is 716-581-3110. We can handle referrals in both states and have agents in Ohio as well.

Congrats on your new office association Marylee!  I love the fact that you have created an equine division.  We don't have horse property quite like you do in the east, but we do have lots of rural property for horses.
