...a taste of Metallica every once in a while. Me, more than every once in a while. This is dedicated to my friend Dave in Texas! Sorry for the mishap and length in time involved in the mishap. It is almost resolved. Dave and I saw Metallica in concert in 1994 in the Chicago area. We witnessed a beer throwing brawl (glass bottles) in the lawn. We saw these bottles fly back and forth in the crowd....along with sections of sod. We were so glad not to be in the middle of it. Then...as we got in the car to drive home a firecracker exploded under his car. The concert was July 3rd. Metallica, beer bottle polka in the lawn and fire crackers exploding under your car is something we will never forget!! "One" live in concert by Metallica - priceless!!
