Delaware Mortgage Rates were pretty stable today after rising last week from historic lows.  Rates are still low but won't be for long.  Inflation is starting to be a problem on the horizon which will be a factor to cause rates to rise.  The Feds are scaling back the purchase of mortgage backed securities and will be done buying mortgages in March of 2010.  The scaling back has already caused less demand in the bond market which is one of the factors for rates rising.

If you are looking to buy or refinance a home in Delaware, now is the time to get a very low rate.  Predictions are for rates to be in the 6s by the new year.
