Average asking price was $217,704.

Average sales price was $215,274.

Condos sold in Daybreak last month averaged $133.00 sq.ft.

Single Family Homes sold last 30 days in Daybreak averaged $85.74.

Discount from listed to sold = 1.1%.

 While this report does not include all of the New Homes For Sale In Daybreak (new construction homes) as many of these are not listed on the MLS, New home builders rarely discount (to protect pricing structure) spec homes, so the 98.9% of sale to list is still pretty accurate.
