FL Population Declines by 58,000 People

By
Real Estate Agent with Realty Pros and Associates

Since World War II Florida population has seen year-over-year growth and with some years rapid growth.  During the real estate boom Florida had an influx of 1,000 people per day. However, a report come out today annoucing that Florida population has actually shrunk by 58,000 people over the past 12 months, in other words, we are loosing 158 people per day.  This affects not just real estate but every facit of our ecomony.  Job losses is a major contributor to this, but also public policy has been sited a factor as well.

Chris,

Did you check if these 58,000 were real estate agents, like Alex, who went to greener pastures (if snow, and a lot of it, can be called "greener pastures" -LOL)?

Alex, you will always regret it, but we do not hold grudge against you. No hard feelings. The funny thing is that not only you will return, Diane may do it also (LOL)

Not matter what happens, we are still a warm and friendly place. And we do not have to work till we die, can't we retire a few years before that (LOL)?

After talking to you, and hearing that you were working on the company site, I decided to pop over here and see what you'd been blogging. What!? No blogs since October? *cough-Slacker!* lol. Geez. If I didn't blog, I'd have zero SEO =/
