Neat Little Trick Using Twitter For Real Estate Sales

Just a quick blog today, as I have started to add the following to the end of my blog posts.

So, what does it do? If you are a twitter user, click it to find out! It allows you to tweet this blog post! Each time I post a new blog, I just update the address in the html code so the permalink is for the current blog.

In your office, do you spend the majority of your time rain-making? I find it increasingly difficult to manage on-line marketing and injecting new tech into my business.

This is especially true now becasue so many of our sales require added time re: shorts sales, foreclosures, credit issues etc.

Hey Jim,

I've been working for about 1/2 hour right now ... and it's 6:04 a.m. I do my "rain making" between 5 and 8 a.m. every morning, M-F, and I prepare my newsletter every three weeks, on a Saturday.

I think it is the most important part of my job, but I get it done before 9:00 a.m. everyday due to how much other work I have stacked up.

Very cool. Interesting too how the coding in the link looks similar to adding an automatic subject line into an email link. I like it.

Hey Gary and April. If you want to drag traffic from Twitter to your site, it's a neat little tool.

Hey Kathleen, it really is. Just change the headling in URL each time you use it and you're set!

It sure is John. I've just starting adding it to my blog, we'll see what it does to enhance traffic.
