Gilder Creek Farm is a median price neighborhood located on Woodruff Road, just past Five Forks area in Simpsonville. Home prices range from the high $170,000's to the high $300,000's. Many of the over 375 homes in this subdivision have partial brick or stone accent on the sidings. They all come with a two car garage, and range in size 1600 square feet to about 4000 square feet, or over 5000 square feet on the fully finished basement homes.
Construction in this neighborhood started in 2002. The homes in this community are a mixture of ranch style and two story homes, and were built by DR. Horton, McCarr homes and Poinsett Homes. Construction is completely finished, and there are three different entrances/exits to this community.
