GO GET Your MAMMOGRAMS !!!

*** Women age 40 and older should have a mammogram every 1 to 2 years. If you are 40 or older and have not had a mammogram, please schedule one soon. Or if you have a female friend or family member 40 or older who has not had a mammogram within the last 2 years, encourage her to take the time to make an appointment. Early detection + more options = a higher survival rate.

So, please do yourself or a friend, co-worker or family member a favor --- Go get your Mamogram! Or remind someone. It could just save a life...

Pamela- This is a great reminder to all women, but don't forget the men. They to need to do checks for breast cancer. I know it's not a high percentege, but I know two men who have detected it early and have beat it. Great post!
