Dale Wurstfest  is a great celebration in New Braunfels. Folks come from all over the country to attend. Many snow birds (visitor's from other states on their way south for the winter plan their trip around Wurstfest).

Michael - I like to just eat it wrapped in a flour tortilla. 

They have built a few new hotels since last year so folks can check with some of the links I posted above.

Hey Frank jump in the car, visit with your family and go to Wurstfest. I must say, Naegeliens is a pretty darn good bakery. Have you ever had one of their German Choolate Cakes?

Georgina folks down in this area take their sausage very serious and so many variations to choose from. They eat sausage for breakfast, lunch and we still say supper.
