Rob - I have a feeling a lot of us will be working overtime and through the Thanksgiving holidays. The closing date is November 30th -- not December 1st... and that ONE DAY could really make a difference. Thank goodness Banks and Title Companies are not open on Thanksgiving day, I am sure I will grab a turkey leg, piece of pie, and a good nap!
