(not so) Wordless Wednesday...
This really seems to have been a "topsy turvy" year for weather here in the mid south. A very mild winter and spring, cooler and wetter than normal summer, and now this Indian summer looks as if it will be up for grabs. My spring flowers that I let re-seed are coming back back. And here I thought that being "topsy turvy" was just for tomatoes ☺☺☺

Those are beautiful, hope they have a little time before the cold gets them! Yes, Nashville weather can confuse the best of flowers! What is the name of these? Tampa has been a little warmer than usual this fall too. We just had our first cold snap with 70's! It's almost time to plant my annuals!

If those are spring rejuvanated flowers, their basic seed stock must have been fantastic.

I am afraid that those little flowers of spring are in for a shock shortly.  They better have some longjohns toput on.

Michael,

What an amazing color blue! And a great picture. You're a very talented photographer. I love seeing your pictures. Our weather in Northern Arizona has been normal for this time of year- cooling off quite a bit especially in the evenings.

We had a similar experience in Texas. THe summer was not so hot, and its been raining a lot over the past few weeks. Of course, I like the rain so Im not complaining.
