The loggia by the pool and covered carport and other structures that are not habitable do not count as living space which shows up in the price per square foot in our mls. (Living area is shown as 2951.) The lot size is 11,712 sq ft 90' X 113'). That lot is large for Key West.

The Casa Marina area is the quiet part of Key West. There is a mix of owner occupied homes and second homes (such as this property). Most of the houses in the area are priced over one million dollars. Old Town is a seven minute car ride and you can probably get there quicker on a bike. The airport is a five to seven minute drive as are the three shopping centers. But at night and on the weekends and just about everyday all day it is quiet.
