The loggia by the pool and covered carport and other structures that are not habitable do not count as living space which shows up in the price per square foot in our mls. The Casa Marina area is the quiet part of Key West. There is a mix of owner occupied homes and second homes (such as this property). Most of the houses in the area are priced over one million dollars.
