In Economic times that are filled with negative media it is so refreshing to have a major media advertising magazine to give back to the industry by offering up to 20% of its pages in December 2009 and January 2010 at no additional cost to the advertisers to showcase the homes that were SOLD in 2009. What a great way to build consumer confidence in the real estate industry, the market and the Realtors that have been working hard to provide a service to the Home buyers and Sellers that have been a part of this difficult market.

Good post, for me it seems like a over populated book locally. I stopped advertising with them and have not seen a drop in production. I have seen far more results from online advertising. Guess it's different everywhere. Good luck
They came and went in my market. I loved the extra on line exposure they offer, but lots of "old school" brokers in my area and they just didn't make it.
They have been offering a great deal. I haven't got anything in there, but a couple of friends have decided to give it a try. Good luck with your listings!
