Hi Joni... thanks for tooting Joan's horn a bit! What a nice piece of news... apparently NH is a state with many exceptional REALTORS named Joan! Congratulations Joan Whitebook!

Very nice tribute to Joan, Joan! I'm always glad to see an agent doing something special for our pets.

initially i thought you meant the chipmonk was getting an award. it is awful cute and there are plenty of them in NH.
