ORLANDO, Fla. --- Avalon Park Group recently negotiated a new six year lease agreement for 1,373 square feet of office space at 3855 Avalon Park East Blvd. in downtown Avalon Park.
Brendon Dedekind, director of leasing and business development for Avalon Park Group, negotiated the lease agreement with the law firm of Beechner & Englert, PL.
Beechner & Englert, PL is comprised of attorneys Laurie Beechner and Jennifer Englert who are both long time Avalon Park residents. They have practiced law for over ten years representing businesses and will continue to do so in their new office. They will also focus on estate planning, personal injury, special education law and real estate.
