Military Moms Of America - In Support Of Our Sons & Daughters
As a military mom, sister and aunt this is one the most inspiring and touching videos I've ever seen. It was shown last night on the Glenn Beck show and was put together by a mom just like me who has a child who is bravely and valiantly serving our country.
After visiting the Military Moms of Americawebsite, I was so moved by what this group is doing to support our Armed Forces that I joined their effort. This site is full of links and information covering political issues and legislation affecting the our military along with forums to exchange ideas and have discussions. It's a place where you can upload photos or videos of family members, friends or anything that pertains to all branches of our Armed Forces.
This is not a political post. This is about a mother's love for her son, a sister's love for her brother, an aun'ts love for her nephew and an American citizen's love of our military and our country.
Please visit the Military Moms of America website and join their effort. It is open to family members, members of the military, friends and anyone who is inspired like I was to take action in helping our loved ones get the support they need now!

Hi Donna! You know, I've always LOVED that photo! I also think that this is SUCH a worthy cause and will check out the links. (The video is not loading right--it stops and starts every couple of seconds).
Debe - It's one of my favorite photos too. I spent a few hours on the Military Moms for America site this evening came away with a renewed spirit of how poweful we are when we come together for a cause that we believe in. (I changed the video...hope this one loads up okay) .
Tim and Pam - Thank you. Our troops need the love and support of all of us and the Military Moms for America is just one way that we can help.
My son is going to Afghanistan in a few days. He is now a freshly minted Marine officer with honorable dreams of contributing to his country and standing up for the rest of us. I pray that he comes back unchanged, but I know that is not possible. War changes the best of men. War is everything all mothers abhor. I honor my son. I lovingly stand behind him. I admire his sense of duty and I pray for him. I am not strong enough to watch the video; I don't want to cry anymore. I will most certainly check out the website. Thank you for the information Donna!
Donna, I have to check out the link but I too can't even imagine how difficult this is for everyone. I pray for all our men and women to come home soon and safely.
