Are you an under the cover agent?

By
Real Estate Agent with The Payne Group at Keller Williams Success Realty

Real estate is a person to person, face to face, email to email, phone to phone business.  To get more business we need to get in front of as many people as we can and ask for their business.  This requires a great deal of time and energy to accomplish, it takes great determination and drive to do this.

Are you an under the cover agent?  Does your day start when you get around to it?

What time do you start your day?  What time do you end your day?  How much actual work do you do?

REMEMBER that no amount of preparation, education and knowledge will do you any good if you are too lazy to get out of bed in the morning.

I've met a lot of under cover agents. The worst are those that are embarrassed to be a realtor. I'm not sure I understand it why they got it if they are gong to tell anyone what they do.  My largest source of business comes from people I know so it's important for me to let them know what I do and how I can help.

You have to be out there. Business is not going to come looking for you.

I HATE undercover agents. Those are the agents that never pick up a phone call at 8am, have a full inbox, dont respond to emails, list properties without a working telephone number on the listing etc.

I start all my days at 6am monday through sunday. However, i may be a workaholic.
