Recently we have hired a new call coordinator for one of our offices, The Ormond By The Sea office.  When this happens it deeply affects my production and my office dynamics.

You see Lysa Napolitano is my call coordinator, that's right she is mine, mine, mine and I take great pride in that but once again she has left me.

Lysa is not just a typical call coordinator, honestly, I am left handed and she is my right arm.  The great thing about Lysa is she is incredible and quite talented at her job so talented she trains every new call coordinator in our company.

I can't complain as I utilize every office and hit each of them once a week.

Since June is a very hairy month for us company wide, I have really missed her.  Yes I may tell her on the phone or give some other manager a hard time to get her back but the truth is when she is gone the dynamics of the office is not the same.

Lysa knows just how much I value her but today I want her to know just how much and the truth is you don't know what you are missing until it's gone.

I am a very hands on manager and trainer, I am in every associates business, I love it and I actually get paid for it.  My weakness lies in doing things I don't want to do....many of those tasks Lysa does for me.  Call me spoiled or whatever you like.

The bottom line is without Lysa with me I feel like I am missing an important part of me.

So Lysa today I just want you to know that I have missed you and yes I have been feeding Buddy just as the associates do.  We take turns talking to him and nurturing him, letting him know you will be home soon.

Her birds that she watches over, I now have to reassure them she is coming back, they stare at me from my sliding glass door, they miss her talking to them and feeding them, that's just my Lysa.

On a business standpoint she is well accomplished and manages to get her work done and some of mine, she pitches in and does whatever it takes to keep the moral of the office positive and upbeat.

Without her I really am not much.  I do believe you are only as good as the people that you are surrounded by

So today Lysa I just want to say Thank You.....You do an awesome job....you are my right arm and I have come to realize you don't know what you got until it's gone.

Girl it's Friday....Oh happy day!  See you soon my friend.....

My left arm needs a scratch from the right one!

Surrounding yourself with great people is the key to success. Sometimes we don't know everything they do when they are doing. It is only after they are do you realize all they do. Sounds as if you have an enormous void to fill.

Never fear....she will be back and yes she is mine, mine, mine!  I am very proud of that fact.  Also, Lysa and I will be traveling to Celebration tomorrow to meet the many superstars from Florida.  If I ever lost her I would be sad but for now she is still mine.  Thank you Gary for commenting and for stopping by.

Maureen-Thank you for your comment, I have always believed you are only as good as the people around you.  She really makes a huge difference in my world, she is my protector!  On top of that she is really a good friend.  We are both flexible and understanding and one thing I am learning from her every day is patience!

Lysa-it's always easy to be complimentary when it is true!  Also, you have taught me a lot, and I don't mean just workwise.  There is this charible side of you and this giving side that makes us compatible and make me want to do more. I thank you for that but also for putting up with my temper tantrums, being my sounding board and running ideas past you.  I also appreciate the fact you are sooooo extremely supportive of all the agents as well.  Believe me they missed you too!

Midori,

From what I know about Lysa..she is a diamond in the rough...be good to her..hopefully tomorrow when I see her she will be as she appears to be on A/R. I am sure I am wrong...she is probably even better in person and I might have to steal her from you. LOL!

Oh Sarah-you don't know the half of it.  She keeps me calm.  We have very few problems in our office.  She really gives 100% of herself everyday.  I love the fact when it is slow she blogs.  She is so loyal, much more than most!  I will never ever let her go

Lysa-Get used to it if you are gonna pal around with me!  I will always toot the horn's of the deserving.

Joan-Yes Lysa  has been really busy not only does she trains the new call coordinators but she also pulls alot of relief when an office is missing one!  I am ok with that just as long as she finds her way home.  Everytime a new one comes in I beg the owner to keep her with me.  The owner does acknowledge the fact that Lysa and I work well together and I think she will never take her away from me!  Yes I have missed Lysa's posts but I am sure after Celebration you will see many from both of us.

Also Joan, whatever Lysa wants she gets, within reason and within my power.  Just ask her she'll tell you it is MUTUAL Respect.  I got her back and she has mine.

I also appreciate Lysa watching over things and I know she has my best interest at heart!  I am one lucky girl!  Thank you for stopping by Joan I really appreciate your support and comments.

So Lysa has job security, GREAT!  She seems like a very dynamic person and it sounds like you've done a wonderful job of surrounding yourself around good people.  Oh, thanks so much for the items you sent the other day.  And thank you for the call.  I appreciate all of it!

Midori, you scared me.  I thought Lysa had really left.  yikes!  It's so sweet the way you let her know you value her!  I can tell from the times I've spoken to each of you that the admiration is mutual.  You're both very lucky.
