Recently we have hired a new call coordinator for one of our offices, The Ormond By The Sea office. When this happens it deeply affects my production and my office dynamics.
You see Lysa Napolitano is my call coordinator, that's right she is mine, mine, mine and I take great pride in that but once again she has left me.
Lysa is not just a typical call coordinator, honestly, I am left handed and she is my right arm. The great thing about Lysa is she is incredible and quite talented at her job so talented she trains every new call coordinator in our company.
I can't complain as I utilize every office and hit each of them once a week.
Since June is a very hairy month for us company wide, I have really missed her. Yes I may tell her on the phone or give some other manager a hard time to get her back but the truth is when she is gone the dynamics of the office is not the same.
Lysa knows just how much I value her but today I want her to know just how much and the truth is you don't know what you are missing until it's gone.
I am a very hands on manager and trainer, I am in every associates business, I love it and I actually get paid for it. My weakness lies in doing things I don't want to do....many of those tasks Lysa does for me. Call me spoiled or whatever you like.
The bottom line is without Lysa with me I feel like I am missing an important part of me.
So Lysa today I just want you to know that I have missed you and yes I have been feeding Buddy just as the associates do. We take turns talking to him and nurturing him, letting him know you will be home soon.
Her birds that she watches over, I now have to reassure them she is coming back, they stare at me from my sliding glass door, they miss her talking to them and feeding them, that's just my Lysa.
On a business standpoint she is well accomplished and manages to get her work done and some of mine, she pitches in and does whatever it takes to keep the moral of the office positive and upbeat.
Without her I really am not much. I do believe you are only as good as the people that you are surrounded by.
So today Lysa I just want to say Thank You.....You do an awesome job....you are my right arm and I have come to realize you don't know what you got until it's gone.
Girl it's Friday....Oh happy day! See you soon my friend.....
My left arm needs a scratch from the right one!
