Not so WORDLESS WEDNESDAY: The Official REALTOR of Mr. Sniffles

Well, we all hope for endorsements of our services, but I think that I scored quite an important one to attract Dallas area dog lovers as clients when I persuaded Mr. Sniffles to select me as his Official REALTOR.

I considered seeking the endorsement of the Dallas Cowboys or Texas Rangers, but those were too expensive. Mr. Sniffle's endorsement cost me a long walk through Lee Park on a sunny day and and extra dog treat before bed while he was staying with me... those were terms I could afford!

Judge for yourself... I think it was worth it!

Hi Steve. I was worried as I scrolled down that I would see a dog with his leg raised. What a delight to see this cute little creature instead.

Mr. Sniffles? You are going for the dog-lover vote, huh<???? Well you will find a large audience!

Steve: I think you have finally made "the big score." The fact that Mr Sniffles has chosen YOU as his "Preferred Realtor"... will, I am sure, have a very positive effect on your career. What a cute little guy. Way to go, Steve !

Well well how and when did that happen? When did you leave KW ?? I have to go scroll through your posts now! I used to be with Prudential - when Garth Butcher(the nhl hockey player) used to own the one in Langley!

Steve - That's quite an endorsement. If Mr. Sniffles considers expanding his empire to San Antonio, please have him look me up.

Love Mr. Shiffles. When my Maxx was around, he was my Marketing director. He had lots of photo ops in my marketing material. I miss my Maxx.

Mr. Sniffles is so cute and what a marketing concept! Dean Moss, in our office has Buddy that comes in from time to time and extremely relaxing as Buddy thinks he owns the place!

Steve, That's adorable, Mr. Sniffles makes a wonderful endorsement. It's true, there are MANY pet lovers out there and he's SO cute!

He's so cute and look very friendly who wouldn't buy a few extra dog treats?

Steve Ceil has fallen in love with Mr. Sniffles, if you ever decide to get rid of him send him over to the canyon Lake area.

The funny thing about this post is that people will actually choose you as their Realtor because of that little dog. Good thinking!
