RE/MAX Realty Group's FOOD DRIVE to benefit Gaitherburg HELP -2009

This is the perfect oppurtunity to get more involved in the community.

We will be collecting cans around the office, and at every OPEN HOUSE that one of our agents conducts through November 20th ,2009.

All cans & non-perishables will be donated to Gaithersburg HELP

Last years goal was 500 lbs. and we tripled it !

Can we bring in a TON this year ?

Place Setting

Cans and Non-Perishables can be donated in the following ways

Drop off cans at one of our two local offices *
Visit any one of our OPEN HOUSES during November
Contact your favorite REALTOR in our office and he or she will gladly arrange for a pick-up of collected food

Laura.. This is a great idea. When you advertise you can mention this, and people that are supportive of these functions will come. Just think.. one of them might buy your listing.

Set the goals high and make the piles higher...challenge another office...neighborhood..organization...hunger in America is there...and those of us who can give a hand out and up....have an obligation to do it !

Hi Laura...Great Idea, I know you'll get a Ton of Food, people are giving and I'm sure folks in Mount Airy will be supportive.

Roy - Thank You for your support , I know you will find a can or two to turn in !

Valerie - One never knows where the next transaction will come from. But I find that my community involvement usually brings the best results

Sally & David - I will have to mention the thought of a "challenge" to our Broker. That could turn out to be very interesting

Fred - I am sure we will donate a portion of the collected food items to a worthy cause in Mt. Airy as well. Everyone can pitch in something as there will be many more people in need this year !
