My neighbor's Halloween yard

My neighbor loves to go all out with the lights and decorations for almost every holiday. After 4 years of living by this house, I decided to make an ecard out of it. Let me know what you think. Do any of you have neighbors like this? And this is nothing compared to Christmas when I think you can see his house from space. Annoying, kinda fun, but a little Clark Griswold over the top and I live at the end of the street so all the cars that drive by to view come down my street to turnaround.

Awesome! I love it when people go all out for halloween!

Much like Christmas, St. Patrick's Day etc. It gets bigger and bigger every year. I think they go to the stores after the Holiday and purchase the discounted decorations. One advantage is when giving people directions to my house I can just say "turn right at the 4th of July house"

Hey August, that is amazing. Great card, I was dying laughing. A person in the office said what are you laughing at, so I had her come look at it too. Very cute.

Thanks Liz. The fact that it's a dead end street just fit perfectly don't ya think? I don't know him very well, but he's a retired Drama teacher. He is used to people and news crews photographing it, especially at xmas. I told him I was photographing it to show online. I plan to show it to him and I imagine he'll be happy to know that, while retired, he's still building sets for storytelling! :)

Every neighborhood has one like that. It's tacky, but fun.
