I built the template and I just switch out the links and the images once they're posted on my website.

Love the Gables!!! I also love the template...I am going to have to "borrow" the layout.

I use Vflyer for the template, and so I can just grab the html code and have my way with it! Plus I love their widgets. Postlets is free and does most of the same stuff. Brian is just brilliant enough to build his own template and do his own thing... What exactly does it mean that the short sale has already been approved?

You're too kind. I like the Vflyer and postlets but the links don't give you much SEO love.

Approved means it's a Freddie/Fannie loan, value has already been established, and all we have to do is submit an offer that matches their determined net and it should be a slam dunk.

All the stuff you have to wait for in a short sale has already been done.

Brian - What a great looking house. I too love the craftsman style. Such a loss for some family but an absolute gem for another. Have you sold it yet? Wow, a house like that here would have been in escrow in hours.
