The new GFE and HUD1 rules...

As the implementation date of the new GFE and HUD1 rules approaches there is one question you must ask....are you ready? Furthermore, is your title company ready? There is no doubt the implementation of the new rules will change the way we do business. From computer system upgrades to learning how to use new forms, including new ways to disclose information, lenders and closing agents are going to have to sharpen their pencils! Among the many changes and adjustments we will all be making, communication is going to be the most important! Communication between loan originators and title agents will drastically increase in the wake of the new GFE and HUD1. A recent poll taken has shown that only 20% of title agents are ready for these new changes on the horizon.
