Here are the latest stats from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver presented in a much cooler way then you are probably used to courtesy of Scott Leaf Real Estate Marketing & Associates, Keller Williams Elite Realty. If you are considering selling, the listing count is low and Buyers have fewer options, give me a call to detail whats happening in your particular neighborhood.
Fabulous way to present boring stats on the market. Hooray for a great market in BC! Send some down here to Central Washington- LOL
Jenny: Yes it is my home, I am blessed with having a many great backdrops in and around my home.
Lizzy baby: Yes not sure what I can do about it with the current technology, I am finding the microphone in the FLIP Camera isnt very sensitive. I did adjust the background music to a lower level then the Voice. End result ya gota crank up the volume a bit, not too bad a problem.
Debra/Raymond: Thanks for the kudos
Great way to post your stats, have you got any feedback from cliets, leads?
Michael, it just went up last night, the invitation to view goes out today. All done with Microsoft Movie Editor which was on my HP laptop when I bought it last Xmas. I think it is part of the Vista package.
Great video presentation Scott! So much more personal than those charts. Short, sweet and to the point - all with a nice seasonal backdrop.
Lee & Carol: I grew the two Giant Atlantic pumpkins, I picked up the rest of the gourds at the local pumpkin patch, the other scary stuff is courtesy of my wife :)
Scott, this is so creative! Not to mention the backdrop of your home has a lot of visual appeal. Would love to hear more about the DVD you made to hand out in your farm area :)
Hi Scott. I saw one of your comments elsewhere. In it you mentioned that you use a videoblog platform. I am seriously thinking about doing that. Yours came out nice. ~ Lana
Scott,
I am surfing the comments to Bob Stewart's challenge, and ran into your blog. And you did all that with a FLIP camera and free movie editing software? It looks quite good, only the sound level is too low, but the impression is very good.
How big are the file sizes that you are sending out to people in the e-mail?
Hi Jon: This was one of our first efforts, the one thing with the Flip is the audio. I now try to talk to the camera and be much closer to it when we are outside. Inside it isnt much of a problem. Browse through more recent efforts and you will see much better audio but not perfect, it is not intended to be too slick, it is a rapport bulding exercise in my opinion.
When you send the email it has an embedded Youtube player html tag in it so it isn't big at all or we use Eyejot which I learned about at RainCamp.
