For $11 mil I can get you at least a half dozen of the best views in Eugene, OR. You will have to supply the sun and surf.

I've been in this home a couple of times - quite impressive. Robin - it's just a very nice/clean garage! That is actually an hydrolic lift that allows you to park a third car...hidden away! There is a two car garage above that. Pretty neat. Fabulous views over 1,000 Steps Beach...really just incredible!
