Here's what we're looking at in the treasure valley in week 2, inventory, inventory and more inventory.  All is not doom and gloom, if you are selling find the category your home is priced in and ask your agent they are doing or what can you be doing to put your home in front of your competition.  Start by pulling comps every two weeks to make sure you are not trailing the market.  If you are a buyer, now is your time, it's been your time, what are you waiting for?  There are not going to be huge price drops and if you are still sitting on the sidelines trying to time the market, most likely you are going to miss.
