For God’s sake, save a forest!

What's up with direct marketing catalogs?

My mail box explodes this time of year with catalogs. My wife calls to discontinue our name on their mailing list only to find more catalogs still arriving from these people. Rather than being taken off the list, we get duplicates.

This is a picture of yesterday’s bounty!

So you ask, what’s the problem?

I get 10 catalogs at my home address

10 at my billing address

maybe 5 at my office address

Now duplicates, when my wife called!

Can't say I disagree Paul - I've got a ton of these on my kitchen table.

Paul: From what I can see of these catalogs... what a waste ! Absolutely NONE of them... not even ONE... has your picture on the cover. So, re-cycle them now !

Paul..Where are you traveling too..so a travel magizine? Junk mail what a waste of trees! I agree with Karen ..There aren't any picures of you on the cover!

Paul I don't know what to tell you other then alot of the junk magazines have websites to unsubscribe from their mailing list but then they get your e-mail address..... hope it works for you...peace zane

GOOD MORNING PAUL! I love Karen's comment above! This is maddening - every time I order something online - I try to opt out of the catalog but there is no where to find that option! Maybe I will try Zane's advice! --Gab

Paul - Thats pretty typical for this time of year. We are getting close to Christmas shopping. Expect more of the same for the next few weeks.
